To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Product return

You can change the product within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt. In case of returning the products, you can ask for a refund within fourteen (14) days from the day of registration of your order. Once a refund has been made, it is checked by the relevant department and the money is credited within 10-14 working days. All returns must be requested before sending your products back to us. Please note that returns are only accepted if:

  • You have contacted the Customer Service department at 23210 20060 or send us an email at info@nutland.gr
  • All accompanying products are returned (packaging and proof of purchase, as they are part of the product).
  • There has been no intervention of any kind on the product.
  • Product has not been worn beyond testing.
  • Send the product via Geniki Tachidromiki or ACS with which we cooperate (the relevant shipping cost is 5€, which will be charged to you and will be deducted from the credit value of the products).
  • The product is not a promotional product (NO exchanges and refunds).
  • There are no refunds for phone, Instagram, Facebook and in-store purchases, only exchanges with another product.

Defective products

In the case you received a defective product (e.g. damage during transport), contact us at 23210-20060 at least within 2 working days from the date of receipt and we will inform you how to replace it free of charge.

Change / Cancel order

You can change or cancel your order without any charge if your order has not been prepared for dispatch by calling the customer service department at the phone: 23210-20060. In case that you have paid the amount of your order in advance, the amount is returned in full to the account of your choice. In case that your order has been given for shipping, no refund will be made and your order will be shipped normally. There are no refunds on swimwear, only size changes.
